What if I can’t afford therapy?

There are some Free Apps for Mental Health Support that offer free emotional support through chat with trained listeners. While not a substitute for professional therapy, these services can provide valuable support.

There are many Therapists that offer sliding scale fees. You can check on the Psychology Today website and filter by payment form to find those therapist.

Many Community Mental Health Centers often offer therapy services at reduced rates. They may be funded by local or federal programs.
